Reviewing the Kedma Cosmetics Body Care Products in the Philippines
Who doesn’t want silky-smooth skin from head to toe? Our face may be the center of attention at first, but the signs of health show through the entire body. And believe me, it won’t do well to have a flawless face but dry elbows and knees.
So, it’s this humble blog’s goal to scrutinize the Kedma Body Care line just as much as its facial products. I’ll test if they deliver what they promise and if they work just as they are marketed.
Healthy Skin All Over
Yes, we all hustle hard every day. Whether it’s putting in hours of work in an air-conditioned room (bad for the skin) or walking in an open-air place to buy things for the kids (hello, pollution), there are so many things we juggle. In this flurry of activity, we shouldn’t forget about our skin — one of the most tell-tale parts of the body. Whatever we do to our body shows through it: when we’re dehydrated, have unhealthy eating habits, or use ineffective skin products.
With a full line dedicated to body care, Kedma claims to help women achieve healthy, glowing, and youthful skin. Here are some of the products I’m eyeing:
- Salt Scrub – removes the top layer of dead cells and softens the skin. Comes in various flavors (vanilla, peach & honey, lemongrass, and kiwi & mango)
- Hand Cream – protect your hands from dryness and keeps them soft and silky
- Foot Cream – nourishes the inner layers and softens rough feet
- Foot Scrub – removes dry skin and treats cracked or scaled feet
- Anti-Cellulite Massage Soap – helps you combat cellulite (who knew a soap could help shape the body? Plus points for Kedma Body Care Philippines for this idea!)
- Body Butter – soothes and revitalizes the skin. Comes in various flavors (vanilla, mango, lemongrass, and kiwi)
- Anti-Cellulite Gel – helps reduce the appearance of cellulite
- Aloe-Vera Gel – relieves itching, swelling, and pain
Putting Them to the Test
Judging from its catalog, I should expect great things from Kedma Body Care. But would they work in the Philippines? We have hot humid weather, pollution, and offices with ACs on full-blast. Will they work on the Filipina or Filipino skin? And would the products work better together?
